About U.S. Veterans' Rowing and Kayaking™
U.S. Veterans' Rowing & Kayaking™ Program is a non-profit volunteer organization in Connecticut to support our military Veterans that suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and other health related issues. Our healing and wellness programs are designed especially to help Veterans with addressing these and many other health problems.
The overall goal of U.S. Veterans’ Rowing and Kayaking program is to improve the quality of life for disabled Veterans by engaging them in a physical wellness and fitness activity while creating a sense of unity and network using teamwork to reach a desired goal.
We are serving the Veteran community with a new and exciting innovative outreach program to aid and facilitate their growth and recovery.
U.S. VRK adheres to all the principles and rules as specified in the “Modern Sport Ethics: A Reference Handbook, 2nd Edition” by Angela Lumpkin and hereby incorporates it as our official Charter.
