Waiver Form
At U.S. Veterans’ Rowing and Kayaking, safety is a prime concern. All rowers — all ages — must watch the safety video at the beginning of each season as a reminder of safety on the water. All rowers — including Masters rowers — must complete a waiver form. Please give completed forms to the coaches at the start of each session.
